Most (not all) that these room worthless in a pair aspects:

An effect that has a "low chance" is pretty unsecured I"d imagine, due to the fact that the opportunity doesn"t change. It"s not choose there is an instant death effect or anything, come which a low possibility would still be effective. Also, "low damage" would be bad too. Speak of which, it"s hard to imagine just how there is low/moderate/high damage, but at the same time, the amount you have of that impact determines the damage. So ns guess if you have 50 the something, however it"s defined as "low damage", ns guess that means that 50 is much more like 10, because that instance; it"s choose a full of the lot you have I guess.

These descriptions of these impacts (along with numerous other things) don"t call you lot at all around exactly exactly how much damages they do, or their duration/chance sometimes. You could have a knife that has 50 lightning damage, yet for all us know, that"s equal to about 5 DPS at a details point in the game (which further complicates things). So with that said, uneven it"s among the 2-3 stats the we recognize works good (like Vampire), or it"s really obvious, just stick through the basic stats.
