That motor"s 7 years old!! Part is no longer available. We lose $$ on service! EPA made me do it! Part"s at central warehouse, you"ll get it next month. We don"t make parts for those. We only do warranty work. Our techs only fix late models. No clue what"s wrong! So we"ll work time & material.

VRO PRE-MIX REPLACEMENT PUMPS IF YOUR VRO PUMP IS DAMAGED OR YOU JUST PREFER TO PRE-MIX, JUST REPLACE IT WITH A NON-OILING PUMP FROM MASTERTECH! All Pumps On This Page Require Pre-mixing 50:1 fuel/oil in fuel tank!

60° V4 & V6 motors were introduced in the mid-90"s. All 60° motors were loop-charged models with the vapor tank system. The top-view motor covers were roughly rectangular in shape and most had vents along the rear sides (1st image). Pumps # 06-150 (V6) & 04-90 (V4) below must be used for these. From the top, an imaginary set of lines would be in a flattened "X" profile (2nd image)

The 90° V4 amp; V6 motors had a fairly distinct triangular top-view profile. The V4 & V6 Crossflow motors had this design, as did larger V6 90° Looper motors 200 - 300 HP. Except for a few of the XP perfromance models, these covers usually had no side vents. Imaginary lines drown across the cylinders would be in a rotated "+" profile (see image).

Stand-alone bracket-mounted. (Many V4 Crossflow motors mount to front air box instead). Several designs were used for brackets but the general mounting scheme is the same. ALL 90° VRO mount like this, on a separate bracket. There are different bracket designs for 90° Crossflow and Loopers but the VRO pump mounts to an external bracket for all of these. The Crossflow bracket is pictured above.

ALL 60° VRO are Mounted to a vapor recovery tank as illustrated. The tank and bracket are one piece plastic.
